Leading Organizational Change

Transforming an organization requires significant change. In order to lead this change we must know and understand ourselves and our position. We will be analyzing the key factors that will transform the Innovation Proposal for Central Middle School and the Engineering Club into an opportunity of Choice, Ownership, Voice and Authentic Learning for our students.  

The following ideas are essential to leading successful change through technology implementation:

 Communicate to teachers the Why, How, and What of what you represent as a school to guide staff understanding of the purpose for using technology in the classroom.

Identify vital behaviors and sources to increase the use of Blended Learning through our Influencer Model

Execute your plan. It takes strategic effort to set focus on “wildly important goals,” as laid out by The 4 Disciplines of Execution.

It takes a Self-Differentiated Leader to lead organizational change effectively, to have the hard conversations.
